Abstract: The time dependent progress of a chemical reaction over a flat horizontal plate is here considered. The problem is solved through the group similarity transformation method which reduces the number of independent by one and leads to a set of nonlinear ordinary differential equation. The problem shows a singularity at the chemical reaction order n=1 and is analytically solved through the perturbation method. The behavior of the process is then numerically investigated for n≠1 and different Schmidt numbers. Graphical results for the velocity and concentration of chemicals based on the analytical and numerical solutions are presented and discussed.
Abstract: The distributions of stresses and deflection in
rectangular isotropic and orthotropic plates with central
circular hole under transverse static loading have been studied
using finite element method. The aim of author is to analyze
the effect of D/A ratio (where D is hole diameter and A is plate
width) upon stress concentration factor (SCF) and deflection
in isotropic and orthotropic plates under transverse static
loading. The D/A ratio is varied from 0.01 to 0.9. The analysis
is done for plates of isotropic and two different orthotropic
materials. The results are obtained for three different boundary
conditions. The variations of SCF and deflection with respect
to D/A ratio are presented in graphical form and discussed.
The finite element formulation is carried out in the analysis
section of the ANSYS package.
Abstract: A current mirror (CM) based on self cascode MOSFETs low voltage analog and mixed mode structures has been proposed. The proposed CM has high output impedance and can operate at 0.5 V. P-Spice simulations confirm the high performance of this CM with a bandwidth of 6.0 GHz at input current of 100 μA.
Abstract: This paper proposes a low-cost reconfigurable
architecture for AES algorithm. The proposed architecture separates
SubBytes and MixColumns into two parallel data path, and supports
different bit-width operation for this two data path. As a result, different number of S-box can be supported in this architecture. The
throughput and power consumption can be adjusted by changing the
number of S-box running in this design. Using the TSMC 0.18μm CMOS standard cell library, a very low-cost implementation of 7K
Gates is obtained under 182MHz frequency. The maximum throughput is 360Mbps while using 4 S-Box simultaneously, and the
minimum throughput is 114Mbps while only using 1 S-Box
Abstract: In this paper, a modified CCCII is presented. We have used a current mirror with low supply voltage. This circuit is operated at low supply voltage of ±1V. Tspice simulations for TSMC 0.18μm CMOS Technology has shown that the current and voltage bandwidth are respectively 3.34GHz and 4.37GHz, and parasitic resistance at port X has a value of 169.320 for a control current of 120μA. In order to realize this circuit, we have implemented in this first step a universal current mode filter where the frequency can reach the 134.58MHz. In the second step, we have implemented two simulated inductors: one floating and the other grounded. These two inductors are operated in high frequency and variable depending on bias current I0. Finally, we have used the two last inductors respectively to implement two sinusoidal oscillators domains of frequencies respectively: [470MHz, 692MHz], and [358MHz, 572MHz] for bias currents I0 [80μA, 350μA].
