Abstract: This paper presents the performance of electricity
generation and consumption from solar generator installed at
Rajabhat Suan Sunandha’s learning center in Samutsongkram.
The result from the experiment showed that solar cell began to
work and distribute the current into the system when the solar energy
intensity was 340 w/m2, starting from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm (duration
of 8 hours). The highest intensity read during the experiment was
1,051.64w/m2. The solar power was 38.74kWh/day. The
electromotive force from solar cell averagely was 93.6V. However,
when connecting solar cell with the battery charge controller system,
the voltage was dropped to 69.07V. After evaluating the power
distribution ability and electricity load of tested solar cell, the result
showed that it could generate power to 11 units of 36-watt
fluorescent lamp bulbs, which was altogether 396W. In the
meantime, the AC to DC power converter generated 3.55A to the
load, and gave 781VA.
Abstract: The improvement of a filer case utilized to purify the
let-out smoke and smell in the production of Benjarong Ceramic is
studied through Participatory Action Research (PAR). This research
is aimed to protect smell, dirty smoke, and air pollution which are
effects of incomplete combustion in the production of Benjarong
ceramic. This research was conducted at Jongjint Benjarong Ceramic
Factory in Plai Bang, Bang Kruai, Nonthaburi Province,Thailand,
also 12 employees were interviewed for data collection. All collected
data were analyzed to develop and create solution to protect smoke
and smell pollution from Benjarong ceramic production.
The results revealed that the employees who have used the
developed filer cases are moderately satisfied. In addition to the
efficiency of developed smoke-and-smell filer cases, it was found
that Overall, the respondents were satisfied moderately with
efficiency of modified smoke and smell filter cases.
Abstract: The objective of this research was to investigate the efficiency of the light emitting diode (LED) tube in various color lights used to lure the adult coconut hispine beetle. The research was conducted by setting the forward bias on LED tubes, and the next step was to test luminous efficacy and quantity of electricity used to power each LED tube in different color lights. Finally, the researcher examined the efficiency of each color-light LED tube to lure the adult coconut hispine beetle.
The results showed that the ultraviolet LED tubes had the most capacity to allure the adult coconut hispine beetles with the percentage of 82.92, followed by the blue LED tubes with the percentage of 59.76. Whereas the yellow, pink, red and warm white LED tubes had no influence to the adult coconut hispine beetles.
