The Love for English Premier League (EPL) football jersey is very strong among Nigeria fans. Football club jerseys of the EPL are a common sports product among fans in Nigeria. This study investigates the contribution of football club jerseys towards EPL fans’ loyalty in Nigeria. Descriptive survey research design was used for the study. The population consists of EPL fans in Nigeria. Simple random sampling technique (fish bowl without replacement) was used to select two states from the six geo-political zones. Purposive sampling technique was used to pick eight viewing centres while accidental sampling technique was used to pick five vendor stands from each State. An average of 250 respondents was selected from each state. A total of 3,200 respondents participated in the research. Two research instruments were used. A self-developed structured questionnaire on Football Jersey Scale (FJS): The instrument consists of 10 items. Fans Loyalty Scale (FLS): The instrument was modified from the psychological commitment to team (PCT) scale, and consists of 20 items. The Cronbach’s Alpha reliability coefficient of 0.72 and 0.75 was obtained, respectively. The hypothesis was tested at 0.05 significant levels. Data were analysed using frequency, percentages count, pie chart and multiple regressions. The result showed that the b-value of football club jersey is 0.148 also the standard regression coefficient (Beta) is 0.089. The t = 4.759 is statistically significant at p = 0.000. This signified a relative contribution of football club jersey on EPL fans loyalty in Nigeria. Club jersey, which is the most outstanding identifier of every club, was found to significantly predict loyalty. The jersey on the body of the fan has become the site for a declaration of loyalty which becomes available for social interaction and negotiation. The Nigerian local league clubs in an attempt to keep Nigerian fans loyal must borrow a leaf from their European counterparts.
Abstract: The main purpose of this research was to study how to
communicate the identity of the Mueang district, SamutSongkram
province for ecotourism. The qualitative data was collected through
studying related materials, exploring the area, in-depth interviews
with three groups of people: three directly responsible officers who
were key informants of the district, twenty foreign tourists and five
Thai tourist guides. A content analysis was used to analyze the
qualitative data. The two main findings of the study were as follows:
1. The identity of Amphur (District) Mueang, SamutSongkram
province. This establishment was near the Mouth of Maekong
River for normal people and tourists, consisting of rest
accommodations. There are restaurants where food and drinks
are served, rich mangrove forests, Hoy Lod (Razor Clam) and
mangrove trees. Don Hoy Lod, is characterized by muddy
beaches, is a coastal wetland for Ramsar Site. It is at 1099th
ranging where the greatest number of Hoy Lod (Razor Clam)
can be seen from March to May each year.
2. The communication of the identity of AmphurMueang,
SamutSongkram province which the researcher could find and
design to present in English materials can be summed up in 4
items: 1) The history of AmphurMueang, SamutSongkram
province 2) WatPhetSamutWorrawihan 3) The Learning source
of Ecotourism: Don Hoy Lod and Mangrove forest 4) How to
keep AmphurMueang, SamutSongkram province for
ecotourism.
Abstract: Subsonic wind tunnel experiments were conducted to
study the effect of tripped boundary layer on the pressure distribution
in the contraction region of the tunnel. Measurements were
performed by installing trip strip at two different positions in the
concave portion of the contraction. The results show that installation
of the trip strips, have significant effects on both turbulence and
pressure distribution. The reduction in the free stream turbulence and
reduction of the wall static pressure distribution deferred signified
with the location of the trip strip.

Abstract: The aim of the study was to investigate phytochemical
properties, antimicrobial activity and cytotoxicity of Aloe vera. The
phytochemical screening of the extracts of leaves of A. vera revealed
the presence of bioactive compounds such as alkaloids, tannins,
flavonoids phenolic compounds, and etc. with absence of cyanogenic
glycosides. Three different solvents such as methanol, ethanol and
Di-Methyl sulfoxide were used to screen the antimicrobial activity of
A. vera leaves against four human clinical pathogens by agar well
diffusion method. The maximum antibacterial activities were
observed in methanol extract followed by ethanol and Di-Methyl
sulfoxide. It was also found that remarkable antibacterial activities
with methanolic and ethanolic extracts of A. vera compared with the
standard antibiotic, tetracycline that was not active against E. coli
and S. boydii and supported the view that A. vera is a potent
antimicrobial agent compared with the conventional antibiotic.
Moreover, the brine shrimps (Artemia salina) toxicity test exhibited
LC50 value was 569.52 ppm. The resulting data indicated that the A.
vera plant have less toxic effects on brine shrimp. Hence, it is
signified that Aloe vera plant extract is safe to be used as an
antimicrobial agent.
